We do collect some personal information that you may volunteer while using our website and its services. We collect or use personal information for the purpose(s) specified at collection.

Your personal information may be stored on behalf of Rolli Media by authorized third parties, subject to Rolli Media’s information security and privacy requirements. We do not disclose your personal information to other organisations outside Rolli Media, including to other government institutions and authorities.

Automatic collection of information

We do not use cookies to store personal information. However, we do use cookies for some of the features on this website including when you favorite a page or when completing the online Notifiable event form. You can access and use our website with cookies disabled in your browser settings. Use of our website is monitored using a third party analytics tool that uses cookies.

If you visit this website to read or download information, Rolli Media collects and stores the following data:

  • your service address (IP address)

  • your top level domain name

  • the date and time of your visit to the site

  • the pages you accessed and the documents you downloaded

  • the type of browser you used. 

The data collected is used to create summary statistics which allow Rolli Media to assess the number of visitors to different sections of the website, identify what information is of most and least interest, monitor system performance, and help us improve the experience for our visitors.

What We Collect and Receive

In order for you to create an account on Rolli Media and use our Services, we need to collect and process certain information. Depending on your use of the Services, that may include:

  • Information you provide by completing forms on Rolli Media—your name, email and postal addresses, telephone number, country of residence, login, and password details. We may ask for this information if you register as a user of the Services, subscribe to our newsletters, upload or submit content through Rolli Media, or if you contact us;

  • Information you provide for identity verification purposes when purchasing a product, including your legal name, email address and country of location. In some cases, our payment processor will request that you provide a secure upload of an identity document (such as your passport, driver’s license or other government-issued ID) to Rolli Media;

  • Details of any requests or transactions you make through the Services. Rolli Media partners with other companies (such as Stripe) for payment processing, and the payment information you submit is collected and used by them in accordance with their privacy policies. Rolli Media doesn’t store your payment information apart from the last four digits of your credit card or bank account (as applicable), expiration date, and country, which we require for tax, government regulatory, and security purposes;

  • Information about your activity on and interaction with Rolli Media, including use of our mobile apps (such as your IP address, the type of device or browser you use, and your actions on the Site)

  • Information that you submit on or to Rolli Media in the form of comments, contributions to discussions, or messages to other users; and

  • The email address associated with your Facebook account, if you choose to sign up using your Facebook credentials. Rolli Media will also request permission to access your name, profile picture, and friend list (these permissions are governed by Facebook’s privacy policies and can be managed through your Facebook privacy settings). We never post anything to your Facebook, Twitter, or other third-party accounts without your permission.

 

You may decline to provide us with your information. However, this will limit your ability to register for an account or use our Services.
